To send you the prices, floor plans and options you requested and to connect you with a partner property consultant who can answer your questions about the property. Legal basis: your consent, given when you submit the request.
Your request is passed to one partner property consultant or broker, who will contact you by WhatsApp or phone about the property you asked about. The partner may be located outside your country of residence. We share your data only for this purpose and ask the partner to use it only to respond to your request. We do not sell your data or use it for unrelated mailing lists.
We keep request data for up to 12 months, then delete it. You can ask us to access, correct or delete your data, or withdraw consent at any time — contact us at hello@estatelatitude.com. EU/UK residents also have the right to lodge a complaint with their supervisory authority.
The site uses basic analytics (visit statistics, conversion goals). No advertising identifiers are shared beyond the analytics platforms used to run our campaigns.
